Gregg D. Shore resigned last month, following a demotion in March, after word spread that he was delivering food with Door Dash during his daytime shifts with the Bucks County District Attorney's office between October 2020 and February, DA Matt Weintraub previously said.

Shore previously repaid the county with unused vacation time, however, county Controller Neale Dougherty told CBS that method was not proper and Shore under-reported the time he worked for DoorDash by 40 hours.

Jennifer Schorn has since been promoted to Shore's former position as First Assistant District Attorney with the Bucks County District Attorney's office, with a salary last reported as $125,000 a year.
